This is why I 'm never all in with one class of assets or the other. I own my home but have two rental units that generate an income. Besides Hive I have a sizable portfolio running side by side with my gold and silver stack. My total pension income has been structured such that it draws from 5 different sources, should 1 or 2 fail, I'd still be surviving.
