Near where I live in Yerevan there's a factory that has a similar statue to the worker pose. It's behind the main entrance and I don't think most people even know it exists given there's no way to actually go and see/photograph it without having a pass to get inside.

I'm really tempted to try my luck one of these days and ask if I can enter just to photograph it. It's pretty much that pose but the worker has a welding helmet on.
