I wouldn't say HW were all bad as there has been plenty of abuse that someone needed to deal with. I just think they put too strict conditions on people to prove that they were genuine. We can't afford to drive good people away. Not many people are willing to downvote abuse and you probably need to stay fairly anonymous if you do to avoid the hassle it can bring. I was part of a separate anti-abuse group and I saw plenty of crap, but I gave it up as I don't need the stress.
