Hello my lovely fellow Hivians and dCity-players!

In this series of posts I would like to talk about a potentially important part of my income strategy here on HIVE: Building a dCity that generates a passive income.

This week I was able to increase my income pipeline big time:
I bought 3 Students from the market adding them to my 16 I had before.
4 young citizens wait to become students as well.
As I bought students my SIM holdings decreased a bit.

Nice. Churches also give tax refund , if you are looking for more of those cards. I have been very passive on dcity but I do occasionally buy homes(for population) and churches. I still need like 160 citizens to populate my buildings but I do ok income wise now. !BBH !PIMP

I currently own 6 churches ;D unfortunately I sold off all the ruins I got from packs, so I missed out on building tower ruins for tax refund....
