
We now live in a more advanced technology life compare to those olden days of our ancestors. With the improved technology life has been made easier if not easiest to those olden days as you can easily do things with easy right from your house.
But despite how modern life has brought more ease to our life, there are great challenges that comes with it and one of them are those deadly diseases and most especially liver, heart and kidney diseases challenges which is going rampant in this present modern lifestyle and technology.
Compare to the olden days when there is no place like hospital to do checkup unlike now , there is nothing like liver, heart and kidney disease or even they exist during that time, it's not as rampant as it is in this more advanced technology era that's why I'm more concerned about what has changed. With the look of things, I believe that what really caused those this is a result of modern lifestyle, starting from what we eat, activities we went through, drugs intake and so on.
Despite the fact that modern technology makes life better and easier, it is very important to pay close attention to our day to day activities and distance ourselves from what can harm our health. Below are the things to watch out for;
# Food
The first thing you must pay attention to be disease free is by watching what you eat. I have encountered different kinds of people and they are ready to eat anything just to full their belly but the fact is "we are what we eat" and that's why you must healthy food and most importantly balanced diet.
Modern food has become a great threat to our health compared to olden days where they only consumed what they plant which are all natural and most of those food are even medicinal compare to this modern lifestyle in which we consumed processed foods which very dangerous to our health.
Most people of today mostly depends on fast food, processed snacks, alchol and drinks which overburden the liver, heart and kidney and leads to different complications in the body. Even though we can go back to the olden days but they are still natural foods around that we can embarace and which will keep us healthy and active, unlike processed foods which endangered our health.
# Stressful Day To Day Lifestyle
Like I said earlier that we now live in a well technology advance era where you can make things right from your house while sitting idily which I believe is gradually killing our body. Back in the olden days, people are involved more in physical activities since farming is the main business back then but it is more different now in modern life as you can sit down for hours busy with phones, laptops at the desks or cars which makes the modern life more sedentary and killing the body gradually. Sometimes those activities become addiction and leads to mental stress, not getting proper sleep can caused kidney failure, heart strain and high blood pressure.
Though due to modern life and technology advance which has made our daily activities easier and we don't have to move around before getting things done as we're not fully engaging our body physically unlike olden days. The earlier we realized that engaging our body with physical activity the better to keep us in good shape and healthy. It is very important to create time to exercise our body either by register in the gym or find different means to engage our body physically.
# Harmful Chemical Exposure And Pollution
With the modern life now filled with different industrial waste, pesticides, plastics and machines and cars which polluted both water and air. We now live in modern life where we the air and water we drink are being polluted and harmful to the body especially our vital organs as a result of industrial waste compared to olden days in which eco green life helps to absorbed those little harmful waste back them. As a result of exposing those harmful substances to our environment, those harmful substances must be filtered by the kidneys and liver, wearing and shrinking them out over time and later leads to life threatening diseases which our ancestors rarely went through.
# Drugs
In the olden days, people rely more on herbs and those medicinal plants to cure health related issues and are living a better healthy life back then because everything they eat are all medicinal compared to this present modern life where people take different herbal mixtures without consultation, consumed excessive painkillers and antibiotics which are very harmful to the kidneys and liver as they contain toxic chemicals.
Overall, it is true that life has been made easier due to advanced technology but also less natural, lack of sleep, stress, not physically engaging our body, toxic chemicals exposure are so on are the main factors why liver, kidney and heart problems are going rampant today compared to olden days in which people lived more active, balanced and organic lives. While enjoying modern life, it is very important to pay close attention to those factors mentioned above to reduce the danger of those life threatening diseases.
