I'm probably one of those people sometime. Especially when it comes to Splinterlands. I kind of stopped caring and then stuff happens and I totally miss it and come asking what is going on after the fact!

        I've done that as well, but the difference is you or I own up to the fact we likely overlooked something and ask for clarification. In this case, the person went online to complain about it instead of taking full responsibility.
