Nintendo’s online experience often feels way behind, especially when you’re just trying to let kids connect with family. We’ve had similar disconnect issues even with solid internet, so it’s clearly not just user error. It’s wild that basic features still require workarounds. For comparison, we switched to better gaming headsets and accessories from Razer, and even their support (I ended up calling the Razer phone number once) felt more modern than Nintendo’s whole online system.
