It is quite a pleasure to write this longform content to show my appreciation to @eddiespino for his kind heart and to inform @snapie that I have supported him as a witness on hive platform.

On Tuesday, the 17th day of February 2026 which is 3 days ago, I made a post showing my concern over my inability to cast a vote for snapie as a witness on hive. Therefore, I requested for help and guidance.
Surprisingly, a man with a kind heart and full of humility and understanding came to my aid. He showed me great patience as he patiently carried me along until today when I was able to cast the vote.
Do you know that he showed me undeserved favor, love and patience? Yes I am sure of what I am saying. Let me explain. I have been a creator here for the past 3 years. Yet, there are certain things I should have known so as to teach others like the situation I have been battling with for the past 2 days. Yet, he didn't see that as an excuse not to show me the way. Rather , patiently and gradually, he guided me until I succeeded in casting the vote.
Even when he will drop a link for me to follow in other to unvote those inactive hive witnesses that i already voted for, and to be able to cast the vote, if I should come across a bridge there, he will definitely discover another route for me. At the end, i was able to unvote all the inactive hive witnesses that i earlier voted for.

My vote for snapie
It was a rough, tough and hard journey. It is the hardest journey I have ever embarked on hive blockchain. What could I have done without @eddiespino who volunteered to help me out? Honestly, before I was able to unvote or disable some of the witnesses I voted for that are no longer active, I saw red ♥️.
Nevertheless, my happiness is that I have successfully supported snapie as a witness today. As I copied the last link that eddiespino sent to me, I pasted it on keychain. When it opened, I saw that I have not actually supported snapie as a witness.
Next, I clicked on vote. Immediately, I was directed to drop my username and I did so.
Next, I received a buffer message to which I clicked on confirm to show my approval
Immediately, a message pop up to inform me about the action I am about taking which is to vote for snapie as hive witness. Two options came out. It is either I confirm vote or I cancel ❌. But since I am sure of my action, I clicked on confirm vote.
Hahahah, to make sure I really wanna vote for snapie, hive witness asked me to confirm my vote for the last time.
After clicking on confirm, loh and behold, I have successfully dropped my vote for @snapie witness.
Just imagine how happy I am to have embarked on this journey without give up. Now, as a result, I have learn a great lesson here and I can now guide another person.

@snapie, I have supported you. What you are building as a witness and your overall support to hive is meaningful. Infact, it can't be overly emphasized especially by the time you'll issued forth all you are building.
