Yes, every human being is an entity, what we give out to others often, is what we receive back from people from everywhere.

If we refuse to clean up ourselves, eat nourishing meals, dress well, behave fine, we can't attract quality people into our lives and we can not do same to others too. It all boils down to how we treat ourselves.

Even the holy book says,

"Give; it shall be given unto you, good measure, shaken together and running over".

'Do unto others as you will wish them do unto you"

The emphasis here is you first, then others. Let's take quality care of ourselves and then care positively to others..
