The role of parents and society in making the children leaders of tomorrow.
I will start by thanking God Almighty for his mercy and grace upon my life and family. And I also want to thank the Reach Out community for bringing up such a wonderful and sensitive topic. Someone like me has been looking for where to pour my heart out on an issue like this.
My view. I will start by talking about parents' role in making their children better leaders of tomorrow. The choices we make as adults and our attitude towards life are often a reflection of our upbringing and the values ingrained in us by our parents. Parents are first teachers; 90% of what a child will learn starts from home.
A child who spent more time with parents received positive attention and care in their formative years, became a more effective leader, and was more likely to achieve success in later years. I am a parent, and I can tell from experience that it is not easy at all. But no parent would leave his or her child without any good morals. And a child that has responsible parents or a child that was brought up in a good and responsible way is an asset to the community/society.
Even though not all parents are responsible, and you know that saying that said you can't give what you don't have. Parents are the foundation of building children or shaping children into valuable tools for leadership.
Unfortunately, not all parents are bringing up their children to become leaders of tomorrow. May God help us to be part of those that will bring up our children to be good leaders in society. About society's contribution in building children to become leaders of tomorrow.
Society plays a crucial role in shaping children into future leaders by providing a nurturing environment, quality education, and exposure to diverse experiences.Society contributes to making children leaders of tomorrow through various initiatives, including.Education, mentorship, supportive environment. Also by building confidence in the children
.By giving them the opportunity of partaking in the community/society issues and allowing them to make contributions too.Even though the same society that is supposed to build the children into becoming good leaders of tomorrow is the same society damaging the parents' efforts by supporting fraudulent acts, prostitution acts, drug abuse, and so on.
I pray for our children that God should protect and direct them not to forget the good morals that we, the parents, have bestowed on them.
