Thanks Paloma for your words and support on the @ourpick project! These area is very popular and I'm glad that you have visited it. I love baroque style and I think it's one of the best for churches 💖
And certainly modernist art is more than Gaudí's known masterpieces. In fact also near there is the Colon's market which now is somehow open air with no walls just the roof and up part and that is also modernist and well restored!
About the circle I have to investigate but I really like the sundial idea 😉 if I can figure it out I will let you know.

I'll make a note of the Colón market for my future visit, which I hope will be sooner rather than later. I know the most important parts of Valencia, but your walks around the city are opportunities to discover new places. Your view of the city is quite similar to mine, which also helps. 😁
Oh good to know! Well in all the cities there are more popular areas which are more visited, but just walking even locals can discover other interesting places, nice views and lovely details, I love that! 😉
Absolutely agree! It’s amazing to visit your city trying to see it like a tourist. I love it too.
Ah by the way! I was consulting finally Wikipedia to know about the circle, and it wasn't a stop at the end, until the other hypothesis you commented on:
"The main facade of the church retains a walled-up oculus of a rose window from the older church".
Mystery solved! Everyday we can learn about something!😊
Damn, we should have made a bet! 🤣🤣 Thank you for sharing the results of your research.
Jaja yeah it's a good idea really, next time maybe I should add a survey on the post!
