Thus, Venezuela had a great leader who spearheaded the war of independence for Venezuela and much of South America, ultimately defeating the greatest power of the time: Spain.

For this reason, one of the mural's themes is the liberator of Venezuela and Gran Colombia, Simón Bolívar. This mural, rendered in an anime style, is a giant piece that adorns a large part of the building.

Los paises muchas veces avanzan mucho mas rápido en objetivos mas difíciles si se tiene buenos lideres que estimulen a los ciudadanos avanzar hacia ese objetivo que es tan difícil.

Es así que Venezuela tubo un gran líder que impulso la guerra de independencia de Venezuela y una gran parte de Sudamérica, logrando vencer a la potencia mas grande de la época como era España.

Es por esta que uno de los temas de los murales es el libertador de venezuela y de la gran colombia, SIMON BOLIVAR, asi se ve este mural con un estilo tipo anime, el cual es un mural gigante, de tal forma que adorna este edificio en una gran parte.
