Art is a great way to decorate and bring a particular distinction to each place, beautifying the place and allowing us to remember it even more by attracting attention.

One of the areas where the balance between art and the planting of ornamental trees and shrubs, which give it a particular air of tranquility and distinction, is best seen is the area between Altamira and Parque del Este, where many works of art can be seen, such as the one shown in the image.

This artwork is by the Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Diez (1923–2019), one of the most brilliant figures in Venezuelan art and a global icon of kinetic and optical art. His work is not just about "painting," but about investigating how we perceive color in space and time.

He was an artist who achieved something very difficult: he transformed the viewer from someone who merely "looks" into someone who "participates" and creates the artwork through their own movement.

El arte es una buena forma de decorar y traer a cada lugar una distinción particular, embelleciendo el lugar y permitiendo que lo recordemos aun mas llamando la atención.

Una de las zonas donde se ve mejor el equilibrio entre el arte y la siembra de arboles y arbustos ornamentales que le dan un aire particular de tranquilidad y distinción, es la zona entre Altamira y el parque del este, en donde se pueden ver muchas obras de arte como la que se ve en la imagen.

Esta obra que se ve es del artista venezolano Carlos Cruz-Diez (1923–2019) es una de las figuras más brillantes del arte venezolano y un referente mundial del arte cinético y óptico. Su trabajo no se trata solo de "pintar", sino de investigar cómo percibimos el color en el espacio y el tiempo.

Fue un artista que logró algo muy difícil: que el espectador deje de ser alguien que solo "mira" para convertirse en alguien que "participa" y crea la obra con su propio movimiento.

Asi se ve esta obra que cambia e color segun se mueve, creando una experiencia particular y junto a su sombra particular es una bella obra de arte junto con sus sombras.
