What you are seeing are my legs. I'm sitting on my pavement this evening. I'm taking my rest after an eventful Sunday. Those legs of mine are really resting. Their rest helps my hands and my fingers to take to the keyboard and type these words.



Resting is something good. If you are not the type that loves resting, please do. When you rest, you allow your body to regain lost strength. You know the body is not firewood (😃 like my local proverb says). When you are using the body, consider giving it rest. Because if you are too busy to rest, you might be laid to rest sooner. I believe you still believe in life so you would not want to quit this world just so soon.
Besides that, resting refreshes our mind. It helps us to be smarter and sharper. When you rest, you receive fresh ideas and initiatives in your mind. Clearer plans and strategies on how to achieve your dreams will distil through your mind. Resting helps you to become much more sound in your mind, that is it gives you soundness of mind.
Productivity is enhanced and improved through proper resting. Do not work off yourself thinking that overusing your body will make you productive. No, it will only facilitate your breaking down easily. So, learn to rest.
