Elubo is a meal which is common among the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria. We swallow it with our favorite ewedu soup. It's very delicious 😊 You just need to try it out.
How do we prepare it? We get cassava tubers and peel them. When we have peeled, we soak the cassava tubers for 3 - 5 days. After we have soaked it, we remove them from the water and dry them under the sun. That is what I am doing. The shadows are the pictures of my elubo which I am drying to prepare food for my family.
When the drying is done, we would take the dried tubers to the mill for grinding. The mill will grind it finely in powder. We can now preserve our cassava flour for consumption.
