La última quincena del mes anterior y las semanas que lleva este han sido realmente muy agitado; hemos estado visitando muchos lugares para solicitar los turnos para hacer los exámenes que mi médico ha ordenado y, como saben, hacer este trámite es una verdadera odisea, por lo mal que está el "servicio hospitalario".

At another time I would have said that doing these procedures is a "waste" of "time", but since I don't gain anything from it, I convince myself that it's an opportunity to take pictures of the things I need for my posts; besides, I should be grateful because it's a chance to see how the presence of "autumn" is taking over our streets.

El otoño siempre ha sido una inspiración para los que hacemos tomas fotográficas; sus colores y la alfombra ocre que forman las hojas de los árboles que caen en la vereda son una oportunidad que no se puede desaprovechar. Estaba tan embelesado con los colores del otoño, que por poco olvido que teníamos que hacer una "cacería" de "sombras".
Autumn has always been an inspiration for photographers; its colors and the ochre carpet formed by the fallen leaves on the sidewalk are an opportunity that cannot be missed. I was so captivated by the autumn colors that I almost forgot we had to do a "shadow hunt."

No tuve que caminar mucho para dar con los primeros artilugios proyectando sombras; ellos en las calles están diseminados y solo hay que estar atentos para poder verlos y fotografiarlos con nuestra ¨cámara¨ : que cuando se trata de sombras, hace tomas realmente preciosas.
I didn't have to walk far to find the first devices projecting shadows; they're scattered throughout the streets, and you just have to be observant to see them and photograph them with our camera, which, when it comes to shadows, takes truly beautiful shots.
