Looking for reflections after a rainy night [Esp/Eng].

Que alegría que nos volamos a encontrar participando de este maravilloso ¨ReflectionHuntersContest¨:  Amo participar de esta iniciativa, es una de esas que me permite hacer algo diferente al resto de los días de las semanas, aquellas personas que acostumbran hacer tomas de ¨reflejos¨ saben interpretar a que me refiero

How wonderful to find you both participating in this amazing ReflectionHuntersContest I love participating in this initiative; it's one of those things that allows me to do something different from the rest of the week. Those who are used to taking "reflection" photos know what I mean.

El clima a estado bastante hostil estos últimos días, el verano al parecer recordó que estaba presente y nos esta pasando factura, hemos tenido días con temperaturas mayor a 50 grados centígrados, aunque lo peor es la humedad, es lo que hace que el calor sea insoportable, por suerte tenemos la pileta en el fondo de casa para hacer frente a las altas ¨temperaturas¨ del horario de la ¨siesta¨

The weather has been quite harsh these last few days. Summer seems to have remembered it was here and is taking its toll. We've had days with temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius, but the worst part is the humidity, which makes the heat unbearable. Luckily, we have the pool in the backyard to cope with the high temperatures during siesta time.

Otro gran problema es el ¨suministro¨¨eléctrico; que cuando las personas comienzan a utilizar los ¨aires¨¨acondicionados¨, el ¨sistema¨¨colapsa¨, y así es muy complicado hacer frente a las ¨altas¨¨temperaturas¨; además, las altas temperaturas traen aparejadas otras complicaciones, como los fuertes vientos que se levantan sorpresivamente causando estragos en las viviendas de las personas

Another big problem is the “electrical supply”; that when people start using air conditioners, the system collapses, and thus it becomes very difficult to cope with high temperatures; Furthermore, the high temperatures bring other complications, such as strong winds that suddenly arise, causing havoc in people's homes.

Después de media noche el clima se apiado de nosotros, tuvimos fuertes y refrescares lluvias que alivio un poco, por suerte al amanecer calmo las ¨precipitaciones¨, lo que no permitió que pudiéramos visitar la reserva para hacer nuestra ¨caería¨ de ¨reflejos¨. Al llegar al predio todavía las hierbas estaban mojadas, y en algunos sectores se juntaron bastante agua

After midnight the weather took pity on us; we had strong, refreshing rains that provided some relief. Luckily, the rain calmed down at dawn, which prevented us from visiting the reserve to take our "fall" of "reflections." Upon arriving at the property the grasses were still wet, and in some areas a lot of water gathered

Algunas especies de hongos que estaban sobre un tronco de árbol, estuvieron por algún tiempo bajo las aguas de la lluvia. Ha sido genial visitar la reserva con nuestra ¨cámara¨ :  preparada para fotografiar los ¨reflejos¨ que hallamos entre las hierbas, algo genial para participar de este maravilloso concurso
