Look at those things that are making noises around you. Some of the noises are needless. Some of them are offensive. Give no room for the wrong things to grow around you. Don't let people know you as a bad person. Turn a new leave where necessary. Consider what is reflecting out of your life.
I have known people who have been living their lives in a manner that does not portray them good to society. Why would you allow yourself to be that way? Correct what needs to be corrected and adjust what should be adjusted. You are better than this. Let the best part of you shine out.
