Hay algo que siempre presto atención en las fotografías que otras personas que no viven en mi país nos enseñan, y lo que llama mi atención es que en las calles no se ven los tediosos tendidos de cables eléctricos que tanto hay en las calles de mi ciudad
There's something I always notice in the photos that people who don't live in my country show us, and what catches my attention is that you don't see the tedious overhead power lines that are so prevalent in the streets of my city.
Honestamente creo que los cables desprolijos en las calles lucen mal, y la verdad no creo que sea algo que vayan a corregir, por eso no queda otra que verlas con otros ojos, y ver que son elementos que si ves con detenimiento proyectan preciosas ¨sombras¨, inclusos algunas de ellas ya parecen verdaderas ¨obras¨ de ¨arte¨
Honestly, I think messy cables in the streets look bad, and I don't think it's something they're going to fix. That's why we have no choice but to look at them differently and see that they are elements that, if you look closely, project beautiful "shadows." Some of them even seem like true "works" of "art."

That's why I We love it when we do our "shadow hunts" in the downtown streets; there are so many things there that on a sunny day give us beautiful shadow shapes. I honestly love the shadow patterns that the cables make, or the poles that hold them up

I love it when we visit the city center with my grandmother's mobile-phone. Although it's a device she'd rather replace, it still gives us precious photos.
