As a techie, I immediately started thinking that the glass was of poor quality because it distorted and it looked like someone made a good profit selling defective products and that's how it is with everything I do 🤣 🤣

        I think you're correct. Probably it might be not necessarily a glass but transparent plastic?.. any way it is not 100% plain which (with some lapse of time) provided some density distortions / curves > which benefitted to the visuals.
