Warm greetings fellow reflection Hunters! π π π β¨ π€
For my (very late) entry in Reflection Hunters Contest: Round 222, I want to share a few sweet shots of the bright red-and-yellow flowers of some tropical milkweed, reflected in my trusty portable mirror, that I took this afternoon. Being a milkweed, monarch butterfly caterpillars (yes, monarch butterflies are in Hawai'i, too) love this plant, though there were none for my photoshoot.
Although I really wish that some of these shots came out clearer, the ones that I like the most are those where both the top and side view of the flowers are visible, as it creates quite a beautiful effect. I hope that y'all appreciate them as much as I did when I took them! π π π β¨ π€
