As much as I intend to get this post published earlier in the week, it doesn't always happen, and this is one of those late weeks. For my entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 377, I want to share a knock-your-socks-off (if you wear socks, that is) exquisite batch of photos that I took this afternoon, of the unbelievably beautiful contrast of sunlight and shadows on the leaves of some Heleconia plants. I wasn't originally planning to make this my entry, but honestly they were too glorious not to do so.
The contrasts, colors, and patterns in these shadow shots is next level, and it honestly made me do a double take when I first caught a glimpse of it out of the corner of my eye. I had quite a challenging time choosing which one would be my entry, but I think that I chose well! I hope that y'all appreciate them as much as I did when I took them! π π π β¨ π€
