Printing HBD is double bad at the moment. It increased the Hive supply much more with lower hive prices and contributes to get closer to the haircut...

              the first is already in place and it translates with no paiement of hbd for posts. The second layer kicks in when depth ratio is above 30%. At the moment we are at 22.7%. With the second level parity will be lost.
