AI to help is good, but not do the whole work. If you are posting an art, posting an image is bad, if you are generating text content, you can use some images just to illustrate but the text should be human generated. I use it to discuss about topics that I am writing about, sometimes it can give me an information that I wasn't aware about a topic.
