There are laws now that we are not people who do not see us practicing again because those were the laws of the Old Testament.
Moses in the Old Testament gave the children laws when they're coming out of egypt. After they were free from slavery God gave me the law that they must go to in their promised land but since Jesus Christ came the perfection of the law was found in him.
When the lord Jesus Christ came we have now been redeemed from the law. The lord does not decide where you are, what to do anymore that is very important even before Moses brought out the law.
In the New Testament we are not just commanded to tithe the way the old testament people were we are just to give you fully and according to our heart please, not by a measured or compulsion but how we feel and how we give it fits to glorify God according to our abundance or the little that we have.
