God has revealed himself to us christians in three ways. This is why we have the Trinity. It is not as if we have three different Gods. No, the Lord our God is one God. He told us in His word that he is one God. He had warned the Israelites against making any form of image for themselves to be liken unto God. He is not three different gods, he is the one God who is our God. But He has made Himself known to us in three forms.
First, we know Him as the Father God who created the entire creation. He is the Father of the entire universe. The Bible says that He is the Father in whom all the Families in heaven and earth is named. So, the Father is known to us. We have to worship and reverence the Father because He is God. Also, God came among men in the human realm to teach us the ways of God and to pay the price for our redemption. It was necessary for Him to come because there was no one who was worthy to pay for our sins. So, the Almighty God came into the world as The Son of God to reveal the ways of God to us. He is the Son of God. He is the Word of God. We should equally worship the Son as we worship the Father.
In our present age, we have God dwelling in us and working anong us as the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is God with us. He is the One who is working with the church to perfect the work of salvation. We are also worshipping the Holy Spirit. We should worship The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit because all of them are one and the same God.
