There are things that please God. There are things that delight God. God can be pleased. It does not mean that God cannot be pleased. ÀOur God is not so heartless that it is very difficult to please. Our God can be pleased. There are those things that make our God happy. A wise person who has the mind of making God happy would certainly look out for those kinds of things which God is delighted with.
Know that we are aware that there are those things which pleases God, we should not ignore the fact that we should please Him. He created us so that we can please Him. We did not create ourselves by ourselves. So, living carelessly without considering the God who created us is not good. We should put God first in everything that we do. We should value God in our lives. We should live in a way that pleases him. The Bible says that God created us all and for His pleasure we exist.
When we are talking about things that pleases God, it suggests that there are things that displeases God. God could frown at some things. God hates sin. He does not want any man to perish but He can not behold sin. He hates anything that is sinful. As His followers, we should run away from everything that is sinful. Disobeying God can make Him angry. He wants us to obey His commandments. Anyone who does not obey the commandments of God is not pleasing to Him. Obedience to God's Word is one of the things that pleases God.
