Good has good plan for man more than we could even imagine. From the moment of creation, even when he formed man and breathed air into His nostrils, and then went on to put him in the garden which was situated at the Eastward part. He had no reason to lack anything because everything was already made available right there.
From Genesis we discover that it was never in God's intention that man should ever go through sufferings in life. He actually desired good for everyone of us. He wanted nothing less than the best for us. No matter what may come our way, one thing that is still certain and would never change is that the thoughts of God for us is good and never evil.
Jeremiah 29:11 puts it better for us:
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
Obstacles on our way are just indications of the opposing force of the enemies from what God has already planned for us. But we have no reason to worry because no power is strong enough to hinder that which God has already planned for us
