The Bible admonishes us to pray. The life that we have as christians is a call to prayers. A christian prays for everyone at every time. He is always full of prayers. The Lord Jesus asked us to pray always.
The life of a christian is a pilgrimage. As pilgrims we are passing through the world as we anticipate the return of our Savior. We are effecting Jesus Christ. He returned to heaven and promised us that he is coming back for us.
While we are expecting the return of our Lord, we are to stay sober and prayerful. We should always be on our watch and pray. Watch and pray is what our Lord asked us to do while we are waiting for him.
The world is full of temptations and problems. We must pray always for the grace of God so that we can live everyday according to the doctrines of the church.
