Those who makes and put their trust in idols are like into them. They have eyes by cannot see. They have ears but cannot hear. They have eyes but cannot see. These are the attributes of those idols. Those who make these idols their gods cannot hear and understand the words of God. The Word of God is very strange to them.
Sometimes, people find it difficult to obey the commandments of God. They are in the church but they cannot live the life which is recommended by the scriptures. These are people whose hearts are full with many idols. Whatsoever a person treasures more than God is an idol. Many idols dwell with many of us. We should clean our hearts of idols if we want to fulfill the purpose of God.
