Praying to God is what we do as the children of God. We are always crying to Him because we depend on Him for our every day needs. He is a loving and caring Father. His delight is to see us live happily. When we cast our cares on God, He himself is pleased to see that we are trusting in Him. Let us love prayers. So many christians do not love to pray. They prefer to complain. Complaining will not bring the solution to our problems. The Lord Jesus Christ taught us to always pray. There is no way that we are going to handle our problems without praying to God.
Can prayers alone really attend to our problems? No. The Bible itself says that we must pray and also work. Prayers without work will not produce the desired results. Results only come when things are done in the right way they should be done. There is a way a christian should live. The Bible admonishes those who are not working to work. Without work, such people should not eat. Laziness is a destiny killer. When you are lazy and only keep praying, God will not support such a destiny.
Faith is the creative force. It is the central force that brings all our desires to fruition. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. To be sure that our faith is fruitful, we must put that faith to work. Working or faith is what gives the results. What is the desire of your heart? Tell it to God in prayer. Then arise and do what you should do for that faith to be fruitful.
