God created all things in a way that they were good to Him. He made the world a very perfect place. There would not have been anything evil in the world. It was a good and perfect world which God created. The plan of God was for man to enjoy a beautiful world. We should understand that God never intended in anyway that there should be suffering and afflictions in the world.
The enemy of God surfaced in the center of God's beautiful creation. He lured the man whom God created to be like Him and made the man to go against God's will. The onset of evil in the world is because man refused to follow God's commandments. Going against God's will is the reason why we suffer many afflictions in the world. It is not that God does not want everything to be good. It also does not mean that the good God which we profess is equally evil. Our God is a good God. The evil that we are experiencing is the handiwork of the devil.
We can actually live our lives out of evil. We can enjoy the goodness of God in all aspects. We should not disobey the commandments of God anymore. We ourselves must decide to live according to the plan of God. We must be obedient children. When we obey God, there is the guarantee that we will enjoy the blessings of God and live in His favour. Children of God, the world is in darkness because the evil one has planted evil. We can choose to live in obedience to God's commandments.
