Every part of our being has its limits. Our legs, our hands, our eyes, even our nose. All of them have their limits. There is no part of our body that is totally sufficient on its own. We are limited in every aspect. We must understand that we are not sufficient on our own. Our sufficiency is only of God. Without God, we can do nothing. We need help, that is why we must learn to submit to God. The call for total surrender and submission to God comes from the fact that we are not sufficient on our own. Our lives have limitations.
The eye of the eagle can see things very sharp and from a far distance much more than that of the human. We cannot run as fast as the cheetahs. These creatures have abilities physically that cannot measure up with that of the human. But then, it can be observed that nature does not offer sufficient for everything to any particular creature. The lions can run very fast, yet the lion cannot reason like the humans. Our intellectual ability is higher than that of other creatures. So, every created thing has its own limitations.
The ability of God is that of the Creator. He has all the abilities. He has the strength that is why He gave it to the loin. He has the intelligence that is why He gave it to us humans. There is nothing that God cannot do. There is nothing that is out of God's ability.
