There are tribulations in the world. There is nothing that we are going to do in order to stop ourselves from going through tribulations. The Lord Jesus Christ prepared our hearts for this when He told us that in the world we will suffer tribulations. It is not of our making, it is the portion of the children of God in this world. Our Lord told us that in Him we will have peace. Only in Jesus Christ alone is peace. He told us that such peace as we are going to enjoy from Him cannot be found in the world.
There is no peace anywhere in the world. If we are not living in Jesus, Christ, we will not see any peace. It is the peace of God which passes all understanding that can guard our hearts and minds. To be at peace, one must be at peace with God. Our peace starts from when we acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Lord. Let us come and embrace the peace which the Lord Jesus has to offer. The world has no peace for anyone. The world gives people tribulations. It is troubles which we are having in the world. With Jesus, our peace is guaranteed.
