Why the sufferings? If God had created all things in love how come that there is suffering? Any person can ask this question. There is a reason for asking such a question. When we see the way people are suffering on earth, we cannot help but worry why there are these sufferings. Why is a beautiful world like this so full of troubles? What is the cause of all these afflictions? This is what the human mind is bothered about.
Friends, we cannot help but raise such issues like this in our hearts. Many of our countries are terrorized by terrorists. We live in a society where insecurity is the order of the day. The land has been covered with terror. We fear for our lives day and night. There is great sorrow covering the land. How can we suffer so much if God created all things in love?
The cause of suffering on earth is the sins of man. From the beginning, sorrows and afflictions came in when Adam and Eve went contrary to the commandments of God. Disobedience to God brings suffering. Because we choose to disobey God and follow our own ways, God has left us to our own destruction and desolation.
The deliverance that we need is only in God. The Lord Jesus Christ was sent into the world so that he could destroy the evil things that Satan has brought upon us. We should accept Jesus Christ and His commandments.
