I think I got lost during the street art challenge weeks, but that doesn't stop me from paying attention and whenever I'm on the street, if I see a painted mural, I like to take pictures of it to share with the community.

Creo que me perdí en las semanas del reto del arte callejero, pero eso no me impide estar pendiente de que cada vez que estoy en la calle, si veo algún mural pintado, me gusta tomarles fotografías para compartir con la comunidad.

On this occasion, at my institution, they continue to honor the founder of Inces, Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa, who was a teacher, political activist, and responsible for creating this institution, with the aim of reducing the educational preparation gap for those who do not continue with university education, focusing instead on a trade or a technical skill.

En esta oportunidad, en mi institución siguen homenajeando al fundador del Inces Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa quien fue maestro, luchador político y encargado de crear esta institución, con el fin de disminuir la brecha de preparación educativa dirigido a aquellas personas que no continúan la educación universitaria, para enfocarse en un oficio o una técnica.

His 'technical' thinking has been active in our country since the 1960s, preparing these people and serving as an example for other countries. In addition, the certificate obtained is recognized nationally and internationally; for this reason, the tribute will never be enough for the teacher of teachers.

Su pensamiento "técnico" ha estado vigente en nuestro país desde los años 60, preparando a estas personas y sirviendo de ejemplo para otros países. Además, el certificado obtenido, es reconocido a nivel nacional e internacional; por esto, el homenaje nunca será suficiente al maestro de maestro.

I really liked this art, it's a shame that it was placed hidden in a room and is only appreciated by a minimal audience, because it is not accessible to everyone who visits the institution, unlike others that are on display.

Me gustó mucho este arte, lástima que lo hayan hecho escondido en un salón y que sea solo apreciado por un público mínimo, porque no es de acceso a todo el mundo que visita la institución, como otros que están expuestos.

The portrait is very clean, I only noticed very large ears, which made me look for the original photo to see if it was a caricature graffiti or something real; and well, yes, in some photographs, the size of the ears stands out quite a bit, so they did very well with that detail 😉. The same goes for a mole that is noticeable at first glance.

I thought it had the author's signature, but no, it is the replica of Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa's signature, so like some previous drawings, I do not know the artist or artists, because behind the person who draws or creates, there are assistants or the person who approves it, and yet, there is no record of the authors. It's sad.

El retrato es muy limpio, solo le noté unas orejas muy grandes, que me hizo buscar la foto original a ver si era un grafitti caricaturesco o es algo real; y pues si, en algunas fotografías, el tamaño de las orejas resaltan bastante, así que lo hicieron muy bien con ese detalle 😉. Igualmente con un lunar que destaca a simple vista.
Pensé que tenía firma del autor, pero no, es la réplica de la firma de Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa, así que como algunos dibujos anteriores, desconozco el o los artistas, porque detrás de quién dibuja o crea, están los asistentes o quien aprueba, y, sin embargo, no hay registro de los autores de ello. Es triste.
