Este lunes tuve que regresar a la ciudad, para cumplir con una cita ¨médica¨ que la semana anterior se había pospuesto a causa de un compromiso asumido por la profesional que se ocupa de una de mis afecciones, como el lugar de la cita estaba más cerca de un rincón hermoso que tenemos la certeza que allí siempre damos con las mejore obras, hemos decidido iniciar nuestras búsquedas por allí, y vaya que bien lo hemos hecho, ya que dimos con cosas hermosas para fotografiar

This Monday I had to return to the city to keep a "medical" appointment that had been postponed the week before due to a commitment made by the professional who treats one of my conditions. Since the appointment location was closer to a beautiful spot where we're sure we always find the best works, we decided to start our search there, and boy did we do a good job, since we found some beautiful things to photograph.

Lo que amo de mi ciudad es la gran presencia de ¨arte¨ que hay en nuestras calles, y lo que más me gusta de ellas, es que los trabajos por lo general están asociada a nuestra cultura; como pueden ver el artista utilizo uno de nuestros ¨mitos¨ para dar forma a la ¨escultura¨ que ha creado en el centro de este espacio recreativo

What I love about my city is the great presence of "art" that there is in our streets, and what I like most about them is that the works are generally associated with our culture; As you can see, the artist used one of our "myths" to shape the "sculpture" he created in the center of this recreational space.

Creo que la mayoría de ustedes estarán de acuerdo con esta afirmación; cuando se trata de expresar el arte, cada artista tiene su manera de hacerlo, dado que se puede manifestar por medio de una obra, a través de un escrito, haciendo esculturas, o mediante un relato étnico, cualquiera sea la manera de expresarlo es válido; mucho de todo esto tiene la hermosa obra que he escogido para enseñárselos a todos ustedes, y es parte del paseo de los ¨murales¨:  de mi ciudad

I think most of you will agree with this statement; when it comes to expressing art, every artist has their own way of doing it. It can be expressed through a work of art, writing, sculpture, or an ethnic story. However you express it, it's valid. There's a lot of all this in the beautiful work I've chosen to show you all, and it's part of the ¨murales¨:  walk in my city

La encantadora obra que escogí esta semana es parte del ¨folclor¨ de mi provincia, tiene que ver con las creencias de las tantas ¨leyendas¨:  que tenemos en esta zona del país. Este precioso hallazgo ha sido creado por personas del departamento de ¨Arte¨:  ¨publico¨. Este es un grupo de artistas que están involucrados en embellecer las calles de nuestra ciudad. No se imaginan la alegría que siento al tener otra preciosa obra para dárselos a conocer a través de este genial ¨StreetArtContest¨: 

The charming work I chose this week is part of the "folklore" of my province. It has to do with the beliefs of the many "legends":  that we have in this area of the country. This beautiful find has been created by people from the ¨Arte¨:  ¨public¨ department. This is a group of artists who are involved in beautifying the streets of our city.
