I also want to say that whenever is in his bad time cheers him up too that will build confidence in that person. And other then that always cheer everyone to go ahead in whatever they are doing in life

        That's right, that's the goal, whenever we're feeling bad or sad, cheering someone else up can make us cheer up too, for example, it's like going to the gym with a friend, the two of you motivate each other to keep going.
