What is MOON
MOON (Multiplayer Orbiting Optimization Network) is a Free-to-play space strategy game with thousands of players playing together in real-time, trying to become the best in the Universe. All you need to play is a standard web browser.
I joined the game late, a day after the launch of Universe 1. Universes are isolated from each other, and this was the first universe released by the PIZZA team. I didn’t even know there would be any rewards—I joined just for fun.
My strategy was simple: build up my planet to produce enough resources to unlock spaceship construction. Since I was late, my fellow Brazilian community members were already in alliances that had no spots left. So, I formed a solo alliance: HIVE-BR. I invited other latecomers, and we reached five members!
As soon as I got access to ships, I started attacking opponents. I quickly climbed the rankings and reached the TOP 100. Later I found out that ranking positions would be rewarded. I even reached approximately 25th place (at the moment of the screenshot).
As it became unsustainable to remain in such a small alliance, I was accepted into and invited my teammates to join the The Curators alliance.
Once I got my first colony, the game sped up! I quickly built attack ships and assembled a small convoy that earned me the honor of reaching TOP 3 in the Hall of Fame, the ranking of the game’s greatest battles!
I currently have 9 entries in the Hall of Fame, including 10th place for most destructive battles, with over one million damage! This recurring appearance in the Hall of Fame also earned me a very interesting reward, as each entry was considered, along with my ranking position.
This might be the best reason to play #MOON : battling opponents. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much time left before the reward phase ended. Just to give you an idea, I didn’t even unlock the battle ship before the victory condition was reached. Now I have the ship unlocked and I’m starting to use it in my attacks!
The rewards were distributed as follows, according to the official post:

- 20% Season winner - first to unlock Gravitron 1 tech
- 20% Records holders (buildings, technologies, fleet units, defense units)
- 10% Hall of Fame Top 100
- 10% Top Research 100 (Statistics page)
- 10% Top Fleet 100 (Statistics page)
- 10% Top Defense 100 (Statistics page)
- 10% Top Building 100 (Statistics page)
The payment was announced today in the official post by the @hive.pizza team:

The rewards ranking was published and I reached 14th place, earning 1348 PIZZA tokens! That’s really cool because it came from pure fun!
I thank the whole HIVE PIZZA team for reviving this game I had played many years ago on another platform. I hope the next universe is launched soon — I plan to be active from day one!

O que é MOON
MOON Multiplayer Orbiting Optimization Network (MOON) é um jogo de estratégia espacial Free-to-play com milhares de jogadores a jogar juntos ao mesmo tempo a tentar ser o melhor do Universo. Tudo que precisas para o jogo é um navegador padrão.
Eu iniciei a participação de modo atrasado, um dia depois do lançamento do universo 1. Os universos são incomunicáveis entre si, e este é o primeiro universo lançado pela equipe PIZZA. Eu se quer sabia que haveria premiação de qualquer maneira, então eu entrei no jogo por diversão mesmo.
Minha estratégia foi simples: estruturar meu planeta de forma a produzir recursos em nível suficiente para liberar a construção de naves. Como cheguei tardiamente, meus colegas da comunidade brasileira já estavam alocados em alianças, que naquele momento não tinham vagas em aberto. Por esse motivo, montei sozinho a aliança de uma pessoa só: HIVE-BR. Convidando outros membros que tiveram ingresso tardio no jogo, chegamos a cinco membros!
Tão logo consegui acesso às naves, eu iniciei o ataque aos adversários. Rapidamente eu comecei a subir no ranking e atingi o TOP100. Posteriormente vim a saber que a posição no ranking seria alvo de premiação, o que eu consegui atingir a posição aproximada de 25º (no momento do screenshot).
Ao tempo que se tornou insustentável estar em uma aliança tão pequena, fui aceito e convidei meus colegas a ingressar na aliança The Curators.
Assim que consegui minha primeira colônia, o jogo acelerou! Consegui rapidamente construir naves de ataque e desta forma preparei um pequeno comboio que me concedeu a honra de ser o TOP 3 momentâneo no Hall da Fama, que é o ranking das maiores batalhas disputadas no game!
Atualmente estou com 9 anotações no Hall da Fama, sendo que ocupo a 10º colocação em batalhas mais destrutivas, com mais de um milhão de danos! Essa aparição recorrente no Hall da Fama me garantiu também uma recompensa muito interessante, pois foi considerada cada aparição, além de também a posição no ranking.
Esse talvez seja o melhor motivo para jogar #MOON que é fazer batalhas contra os adversários. Infelizmente foi pouco o tempo disponível até o encerramento da fase de premiação. Para ter uma ideia, nem cheguei a desbloquear nave de batalha e a condição de vitória já havia sido alcançada. Agora eu tenho essa nave disponível e estou começando a usar em meus ataques!
