Greetings!
A very good morning to my midnight owl friends, hope you are all fine? I'm happy to be here at this time of the day.
In response to the topic of the prompt before us, I would say that I'm still awake just because I want to be the first person to send a Happy birthday message to my beautiful wife.
Staying awake till the midnight of the 15th of February didn't just start today. It started the very year I met my wife and asked her out. It's in our conversation that I got to know her birth date and since then, I have always made sure she's well celebrated on this day of hers.
And to start with is the birthday message which I used to send to her when we were apart and to do that, I used to stay awake to be the first to send a message to her.
Now, when we are together, what has started in the past still continues as I still stay awake till the middle of the night to be the first to wish her a happy birthday.
So, what's still keeping me awake this night is because of my beautiful wife's birthday which is coming up in a couple of hours time and for me not to miss my normal routine, I have to stay awake.
So, I'm happy to stay awake tonight in preparation to celebrate my one and only friend and my wife who has been my pillar of support. So, staying awake tonight is not just about staying awake, but a special one to mark a special day for my special wife.
