I used the word “addiction” because “spell” sounds too strong to me, but what is it about Farmatodo that other stores don't have? How is it possible that we go in for shampoo and come out with a dog comb even though we don't have a dog? It's something I can't explain because you won't understand, but it makes us very happy to be #teamFarmatodo.

For me, going to the store is like a dream trip; there, I don't feel any pain, I have plenty of time and I'm willing to go and buy what I want because I know I'll get it 😍. There are products that I can get on the store's app, and they are certainly a relief when I need my mother's pills or something specific, but when it's my turn to go because there is money in the account to invest in my well-being, then things change and I get ready for my outing.

Obviously, my mother shares my tastes, so I invite her to come along so she can also have her moment of relaxation and recreation. I like to browse all the aisles, she prefers to look for medicines, but since there is something for everyone, we are happy in each of the spaces we visit.

On Saturday, when we were there, I went to the facial cleansing section because I had run out of my usual cleansing products and needed to replace them. I followed several tips and, with photos I took of some expert girls from a friendly community, I spent almost an hour (maybe less) trying to replace as many of them as possible or buy other alternatives.

I definitely need to read more about what I really need, because the variety, brands, and prices overwhelmed me. Unfortunately, I didn't buy them all, but I did buy the most essential ones, which I will later show to my friends in the community, regarding skin care.

Then, I moved on to deodorants, which is another item on my to-do list, since I need to replace the one I have and would like to try an alum stone one that I've seen advertised a lot. Is it any good? I don't know, but if Farmatodo is promoting it, it must have some credibility and be effective 🌟.

I also checked out the shampoo section, because I'm using an anti-dandruff shampoo that has worked very well for me, but I need to replace it or combine it with other products to keep my hair manageable, healthy, fungus-free, and smelling great. I left it pending, but I already have a few in mind.

Finally, as I walked down the aisle, I put whatever I found into my cart because I definitely NEEDED IT! Like the delicious butter bread and trying the Fanta that is being heavily promoted in our country, and I don't remember if I've ever tried it before. Do I need a Fanta? I'm convinced I do 😆.

That's why I'm telling you, honestly, if I needed to buy my skincare products because the sun and the signs of aging are becoming noticeable, but from there, to wander the aisles and buy things I didn't even know existed and live the same way, I can't find a better word than addiction. A disorder that should be recognized as “the Farmatodo disorder.” 🤣. Because the worst part is that you leave without any money, but happy with all your purchases. SCIENTIFICALLY INEXPLICABLE! 🤣.

Now, to avoid the temptation of unnecessary purchases, I take my list with me to cover what I really went to buy first, and the rest are little treats that make my soul happy 😍.

For that and much more, Farmatodo (both in Venezuela and Colombia) will always be my favorite store because of its quality, variety, price, and confidence that what I'm buying is truly something that will last and give me excellent results; where they understand what I need without me even knowing what I needed myself.
