Hola amigos de @lifestyle feliz viernes, inicio de fin de semana, espero que sea de mucho provecho para ustedes, por aca yo feliz de mañana poder dormir un poco mas 😂 falhan 13 eternos dias del reto y el cansancio no es normal 😂 pero bueno sabado y domingo minimo a las 8 me paro jeje!!
Y hablando de reto, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas selfies que me tomé luego de entrenar hoy, dia 87 y yo estoy contentisima por como va mi cuerpo. Ni tan fit pero tampoco tan fat 😂 y en varios angulos para que no digan que es foto trampa 😂 ya me pongo de lado y no parezco tener 3 meses de embarazo 😂 y aunque la menstruacion aun no se va del todo, estoy mucho mas desinflamada!! Pero mas alla de los cm que pueda perder, he ganado mucha fuerza y resistencia y eso es lo mejor!! Asi que seguimos 💪

Hello friends of @lifestyle happy Friday, beginning of the weekend, I hope it is of much benefit to you, here I am happy to sleep a little more tomorrow 😂 missing 13 eternal days of the challenge and the fatigue is not normal 😂 but Saturday and Sunday at least at 8 I stop hehe!
And speaking of challenge, today I want to share with you some selfies I took after training today, day 87 and I'm happy with how my body is doing. Not so fit but not so fat either 😂 and in several angles so they don't say it's a trick photo 😂 I'm already on my side and I don't look like I'm 3 months pregnant 😂 and although my menstruation is still not completely gone, I'm much less swollen! But beyond the cm I may lose, I have gained a lot of strength and stamina and that's the best!!!! So let's continue 💪
