Finally the day came, when i woke early for Gym

From past two months , i have been trying to wake up early and join morning session of gym. But gues what? Failing repeatedly. I cant wake up early....I can sleep for 24 hours but still cant wake up on time...hahah...! But at least my struggle continues...
So far, finally the day came...when i got up on time. Today i was literally feeling a new version of my self and warching a completely new wolrd. Oh goodness ...! It actually feels good early in the morning. The slight warmth of the sum coming out with cool breeze of the morning feel so refreshing for both mind and soul. I was feeling this freshnes through each pore of my body. Trust me i never felt this much fresh ever before. Well, i will try again and again to wake up at this hour every day. I know its a difficult task...but try try again. Hahahha...!
I reached at gym at 8;30 am, only a few members were there at this hour. I did my machines routine:
10 min tredmil
10 min cycling
and at sharp 9:45 , aerobics class started.

I goodness, too tired for the day physicaly, but active and prepared Mentally.
I am on my weight loss journey since one year and i have lost 16 kg already. I have spinal straightening thats why i took a bit long time. But i am loving each moment of my journey extremely much. Trust me, with reduction of each kg, the overall vibe, the activess, the glow, the confidence increases 10 fold. Above all these, you start feeling more and more beautiful in your own eyes.

In this era of a lot of junk food every day. I think weight mainatance has become very crucial.Weight maintenance, as my thoughts feels less like a finish line and more like a quiet daily conversation with myself. When I was chasing a number on the scale, every meal was stress. Now I see it differently: maintenance is about balance, not perfection.

To me, it’s 80% habits, 20% forgiveness. I eat what I love, but I notice portions. I move my body not to “burn calories” but because walking clears my head and lifting makes me feel strong. Some days I crave pizza, some days I crave salad. Both are okay. The goal isn’t to say no forever, it’s to not lose control.Even there are a lot of my cheat days, but you know consistency matter....yeah

The hardest part isn’t food — it’s mindset. Old me thought one bad meal ruined everything. Now I know one meal never made me gain weight, and one workout never made me lose it. Consistency is boring, but boring works.
I’ve learned to weigh myself less and notice more: how my clothes fit, my energy, my mood. Maintenance taught me self-trust. I don’t need extreme rules. I just need to keep showing up, making small choices, and giving myself grace when I slip.

It’s not glamorous.But peace with my body? That’s worth every ordinary day. In fact i feel my skin change completely. The glow on my face after weight reduction is a whole vibe. I am loving myself more then ever before. Now, even when any patients with even a little bit obesity come to me ...i instantly recommend them for weigt loss.

If you’re reading this, I want you to know this comes from care, not judgment. Maintaining an ideal body weight isn’t about chasing perfection or fitting someone else’s standard. It’s about choosing yourself, every single day.

I think we all deserve to feel beautiful in our own skin. Not filtered, not edited — just comfortable, confident, and at peace when we look in the mirror. A healthy weight helps with that. When our body feels balanced, our posture improves, our face glows, and that quiet confidence shows up without us even trying. Trust me i have experienced all of these and still experiencing them...! Its marvellous.

I also believe we deserve to stay active for life. Life is meant for dancing at weddings, climbing stairs without pausing, playing with kids, traveling without getting exhausted. Keeping a healthy weight makes all of that easier. Movement stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like freedom.

And most of all, weight mainatance can prevent you from100 diseacse.so, it helps to be disease-free for as long as possible. So many lifestyle diseases like diabetes, high BP, joint pain, heart issues — they’re linked to weight. Taking care of our weight now is the kindest thing we can do for our future selves. No body can help us better then our own self for sure.

So my thought for you is simple: don’t diet out of hate for your body. Nourish it out of love. Small steps, daily choices, and lots of grace. You’re worth that effort.
