Hello everyone, I'm once again participating in the #beersaturday contest with friends who love to taste beers!
This time I brought a beer that sold itself by its label! I thought it was very pretty and well-designed, with special attention to the name "Ipinha" which means 'small IPA'. It's a session IPA produced by hand in my city. The brewery Formosa* is already nationally recognized and has received several awards for its recipes, the most famous being called Meretriz which won a gold medal in South American competitions.
Since I had never seen this new recipe, I immediately bought a 1-liter PET bottle to spend the night, for which I chose to have a side of roast strips, sausage and pork medallion. The beer accompanied me from the preparation and was essential in the final tasting, and its aroma caught my attention because it was very pleasant.
Composed of a citrus base, it could be a good choice for the summer that is soon approaching!

Olá pessoal, estou mais uma vez participando do concurso #beersaturday junto aos amigos que adoram provar cervejas!
Dessa vez eu trouxe uma cerveja que se vendeu pelo rótulo! Achei muito bonito e bem diagramado, com especial atenção para o nome "Ipinha" que significa 'pequena IPA'. É uma session IPA produzida artesanalmente na minha cidade. A cervejaria Formosa* já é reconhecida nacionalmente tendo recebido vários prêmios por suas receitas, sendo a mais famosa de nome Meretriz que ganhou medalha de ouro em competições sul americanas.
Como eu nunca havia visto esta nova receita, comprei logo um PET de 1 litro para passar a noite, para a qual optei por ter um acompanhamento de assado de tiras, linguiça e medalhão suíno. A cerveja acopmanhou desde o preparo e foi fundamental na degustação final, tendo seu perfume chamado atenção por ser muito agradável.
Composta por fundo cítrico, pode ser uma boa pedida para o verão que em em breve se aproxima!
