We had an excellent opportunity this week! With two days off, we were able to organize ourselves to make homemade cookies. Since we were in the kitchen, we decided at the last minute to also make tortei, an Italian recipe. For that, we made homemade dough with flour, etc., and the filling with pumpkin, cinnamon, etc. After stretching the dough with a rolling pin, the assembly was the responsibility of the whole family: one person filled the cookies, another cut them out, and another collected and froze them. Tortei requires a sauce, and I'm the one who makes that sauce at home. So that was left for later, after all, we were tired from making so many!
For this reason, nothing better to relax than a beer! and this time I resorted to a classic, Eisenbahn, an IPA easily found in the markets in my region. Aroma, flavor, and a sensational refreshment!

Excelente oportunidade tivemos nessa seman! Com dois dias de folga foi possível nos organziar para produção de bolachas caseiras. Como estávamos na cozinha, decidimos de último momento fazer também tortei, uma receita italiana. Para isso fizemos a mmassa caseira, com farinha e etc.. e o recheio com abóbora, canela e etc... depois de esticar a massa que passamos no rolo manual, a montagem ficou a cargo da família toda: uma pessoa ficou no recheio, outra pessoa recortando, e outra pessoa recolhendo e congelando. O tortei exige a produção de um molho, e eu sou a pessoa que faz esse molho na minha casa. Então ficou para depois, afinal estavamos cansados de tanto produzir!
Por este motivo, nada melhor para relaxar do que um cerveja! e dessa vez recorri a um clássico que é a Einsenbahn uma IPA facilmente encontrada nos mercados da minha região. Perfume, sabor, e uma refrescância sensacional!
