Hola amigos de @fulldeportes es un placer como siempre estar por aca, seguimos con dificultades para grabar seguido, pero hoy se logró, y aprovecho de mostrarles la rutina poderosa que realicé hoy!! Consta de 4 movimientos y los haremos de esta manera 5 Devil Press, 10 sentadillas con las pesas en los hombros, 15 flexiones y 20 zancadas traseras, todo esto con las pesas, al completar todas las repeticiones será una ronda y haremos 5 en total 🥵 les prometo que LA AMARAN porque sentiran como trabajan cada fibra de su cuerpo jeje hasta el apellido😂😂 por supuesto no olviden calentar antes y estirar despues 💪 ahi me cuentan si se activan, deje el video con el audio original para que escuchen mi respiracion y sufrimiento 😂🥰
