Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero esten diadrutando su fin de Semana y tengan excelentes planes para semana santa! Por aca creo que nos sale piscina jeje y obvio no los propios dias de Semana santa porque eao sera una locura! Pero bueno mientras tanto aun cuando estamos de vacaciones, seguimos entrenando 💪
Hoy nos fuimos temprano a la concha Acustica de nuestra ciudad para hacer ejercicios con algunas personas que invitamos, y obvio nosotros aprovechamos de entrenar, hicimos 4 tabatas con el Burpee, desde el nivel basico hasta el avanzado y repetimos, estuvo intenso la verdad y el sol ni se diga jaja pero se logro💪

Over here I think we have a pool hehe and obviously not the days of Easter itself because eao will be crazy! But meanwhile even though we are on vacation, we continue training 💪
Today we went early to the Acoustic shell of our city to do exercises with some people we invited, and obviously we took the opportunity to train, we did 4 tabatas with the Burpee, from basic to advanced level and we repeated, it was intense the truth and the sun no way haha but it was achieved💪
