Hello to everyone who visits this beautiful ¨Feel¨-¨Good¨-¨Community¨: Today, more than ever, I'm happy to participate in this wonderful "Phone"-"Photography"-"Contest":. These last few weeks have been full of great things happening, and we're having a fantastic time.
Lo primero que les voy a comentar es que nos vino a visitar mi tío Iván, que vive en otra ciudad; si bien estuvieron 15 días, han pasado tan rápido que no nos dimos cuenta de que estuvieron dos semanas. Es como dice mi abuelo: cuando estamos pasándola bien, no alcanzan los días, y cuando caes en cuenta, pasaron dos semanas.
The first thing I want to tell you is that my uncle Iván, who lives in another city, came to visit us. Although they were only here for 15 days, they went by so fast that we didn't even realize they were here for two weeks. It's like my grandpa says: when we're having a good time, the days aren't long enough, and before you know it, two weeks have passed.
Mi tío nos visitó en compañía de su familia; mis primas son muy buenas, y la verdad nos hemos divertido mucho todos estos días. Los días en que la selección jugó, nos pasamos el día cantando las canciones del mundial; ustedes no se imaginan lo emocionante que han sido estos días.
My uncle visited us with his family; my cousins are very nice, and we've had a lot of fun these past few days. On the days the national team played, we spent the whole time singing World Cup songs; you can't imagine how exciting these days have been.
Como mis primas era la primera vez que visitaban la ciudad, estuvimos yendo de un lugar a otro para que pudieran conocer lo más posible, y un rincón que tenían que conocer era este; como saben, es precioso y hay un bello parque con juegos infantiles. No creo que sea necesario decir que ellas disfrutaron mucho subiendo y bajando de cada juego.
Since it was my cousins' first time visiting the city, we were going from one place to another so they could see as much as possible, and one corner they had to see was this; as you know, it's beautiful and there's a lovely park with children's play areas. I don't think it needs to be said that they thoroughly enjoyed going up and down each ride.
El día de ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi abuelo; nos divertimos mucho viendo y abriendo los regalos que ha recibido. Además, la selección argentina le ha regalado el mejor obsequio que un apasionado del futbol puede pedir: momentos emocionantes llenos de alegría y sobresaltos.
Yesterday was my grandfather's birthday; we had a lot of fun looking at and opening the presents he received. Furthermore, the Argentine national team has given him the best gift a football fan could ask for: thrilling moments full of joy and excitement.
