Esta es una actividad de los jueves del recuerdo y a mi me encanta preparar cada semana mi fotografía del recuerdo. esta ha sido dos semanas con muchas fallas de corriente y eso hace que tengamos miedo de que en cualquier momento se vaya la luz. Así que vamos a ver hasta donde me deja prepararme.

This is a Throwback Thursday activity, and I love preparing my throwback photo each week. This past two weeks have been plagued by power outages, which makes us fear the electricity could go out at any moment. So, we'll see how far my preparations allow.

Esta fotografía es de mi hermanos mayores mi Angelines y mi Juancho, ellos nacieron en España, por lo menos tengo esas fotos de ellos cuando pequeños y hablamos de alrededor de los años 50. Me encanta poder tener estas fotografías la verdad no recuerdo su origen, si mis padres se las trajeron al mudarse a Venezuela o ella pertenecía a las abuelas allá en España y yo me la traje en uno de mis viajes. Y es que me encanta tenerla, siempre ando buscando las fotografías antiguas de la familia y con ella contar historias del pasado.
Hoy no me voy a extender estoy segura que hay alguna falla eléctrica y me voy a quedar sin poder participar si no me apuro, porque quitan de dos a cuatro horas y eso me da mucha angustia, bueno creo que a todos le causa eso y aunque no tiene nada que ver con la fotografía del recuerdo.

This photograph is of my older siblings, Angelines and Juancho. They were born in Spain; at least, I have these photos of them when they were little, around the 1950s. I love having these photographs. I honestly don't remember where they came from, whether my parents brought them when they moved to Venezuela, or if they belonged to my grandmothers back in Spain and I brought them back on one of my trips. I just love having them; I'm always looking for old family photos and using them to tell stories from the past.
I won't go on too long today. I'm sure there's a power outage and I won't be able to participate if I don't hurry, because they take two to four hours off, and that makes me very anxious. Well, I think it makes everyone anxious, even though it has nothing to do with the memory photo.
