Every time I have to go to eastern Caracas to give postgraduate seminars, I have to pass through Avenida Libertador, and just as you're about to enter the Chacao municipality, you come across this artistic mural, which is pure kinetic and optical art. With movement, the colors seem to come alive and merge, creating an immersive atmosphere!
